Meet Jacky
A lifelong resident of our city, Jacqueline "Jacky" Elizalde embodies the heart and resilience of the people she proudly calls neighbors. As a devoted mother, a fierce human rights advocate, and a public servant with decades of experience, she brings both compassion and deep-rooted knowledge to the table. For over a decade, she served on a local city commission and currently serves on the Citizens Oversight Committee at Mt. San Antonio Community College, amplifying the voices of everyday residents. Today, she works as a District Representative for the United States Congress—an influential role that has given her firsthand insight into the inner workings of government and the power of effective policy. Her career began in the trenches of human services at the county level, helping families survive and overcome life below the poverty line. From federal to state, county to local government, Jacky has shown she’s not afraid to get involved, get results, and fight for those who often go unheard. She’s equipped and ready to lead. Her vision is bold and urgent: solving homelessness, combating human trafficking, reducing crime, revitalizing our economy by attracting new businesses, and investing in the future through robust afterschool programs for our youth. Jacky is not just running for office—she’s rising for the people.
